Authors' Recognition

A ceremony recognizing outstanding liberal arts faculty authors was held in December. Honorees included:

• Todd Butler (assistant professor, English) for Imagination and Politics in Seventeenth-Century England (Ashgate Press, 2008).
• Timothy A. Kohler (regents professor, anthropology) for "Prehispanic Southwest Farmers: From Real to Virtual (and Back)"
• Charles Argersinger (professor, music) for his composition "Divertimento."
• Daniel Jaffe (assistant professor, sociology, WSU Vancouver) for Brewing Justice: Fair Trade Coffee, Sustainability, and Survival (University of California Press, 2007).
