Pac-10 Challenge for a Well-U

As we begin week 12 of the semester, just passing midterms and gearing up for finals, it's easy to let our priorities shift and our health and wellbeing fall to the wayside. Whether it be your emotional, environmental, physical, financial, spiritual, social, intellectual, or occupational wellbeing, any aspect can fall victim to neglect from the continual stresses of school and other life challenges. Sometimes a certain aspect might seem more important than the others; however, when one aspect is ignored it can easily negatively affect any if not all of the other parts of your health and wellbeing.
